Bill Brown started work with G.E.R. as a engine cleaner at the age of 14 at Kings Lynn, went on to become engine driver working at Wisbech, Swaffam and Hunstanton.  Bill was driver of local and mainline express trains and listed Queen Victoria, Edward V11 AND George V amongst his passengers.  Retired in 1937.
